From the invaluable feedback we’ve received from our agent community and the insights we’ve gained from our consumer research, we’ve worked hard and fast to deliver four new value-add premium profile features that provide agents more opportunities to build trust, credibility and connections.
Introducing our four latest product feature releases:
1. Google Review Manager
With 97% of people reading businesses’ responses to reviews and 71% of consumers saying they’re more likely to use a business that has responded to their existing reviews, it’s important to be able to read and respond to your reviews instantly.
We’re delighted to deliver our Google Review Manager tool, which allows you to interact with your Google Reviews in real-time, without needing to log in to Google. Just log on to your RateMyAgent account and connect your Google My Business to get started
2. Automated Review Requests
To make your life easy and save you time, we have launched Automated Review Requests, which automates your review requests once you have sold a property. To get started, we just need to integrate with your data feed providers or switch it on in the reviews tab of your agency’s dashboard.
When you turn on Automated Review Requests and have requested 100% of your vendor reviews, you will be awarded a Trusted Agent badge. The Trusted Agent badge is part of our new Agent Recognition product feature which allows agents to showcase they are trusted, transparent and have provided exceptional and consistent customer experiences. Having a Trusted Agent badge illustrates to the vendor that the agent embraces transparency as they do not filter their requests and are also open to more critical, constructive feedback and most importantly, they are confident that agents with these badges are amongst the most trusted and experienced in their area.
3. Sold Selfies
They say a picture tells one thousand words and in the case of Sold Selfies, it showcases happy emotions from vendors! Prospective clients love these photos – putting the SOLD sticker on the FOR SALE sign, holding up the keys to the new place, or jumping for joy! There have been thousands of Sold Selfies uploaded to agent and agency profiles. Upload your own Sold Selfies today.
4. Video Reviews
We’ve also recently launched Video Reviews, more powerful tool that adds authenticity and provides real emotion that text and even audio reviews don’t provide. Video clips of clients show prospects that other people—like them – are extremely happy with their agent experience, which is hard to ‘fake.’
Our Video Reviews feature which allows agents to upload their video reviews on their profile ‘reviews’ page for each property sold. See an example here and note that video reviews which have not been highly produced or edited work best to provide an authentic feel and capture the vendor’s true reaction and experience.
